So wanted to talk about my experiences with my kids!
After my pregnancy and safe delivery of my child, I was coming back to my regular usual life. I used to practice yoga regularly before my pregnancy and I was eager to get back to my sessions. But I started experiencing pains during my practice. I initially thought my body was being stiff. But while sitting down for my chores or breastfeeding my baby, I started having pains on my back. I didn’t want to overlook such symptoms and approached my gynaec who suggested that it was due to pregnancy-related stress. With her approval, I approached North York Chiropractors (didn’t want any medications while breastfeeding my baby). I had a mild adjustment done before I took off again.
